Guess what? Our very first collaboration was with none other than NASA! Yep, the NASA. It all started when they came across our Instagram comic about their telescopes (check it out here!). Thrilled doesn’t even begin to describe how we felt when they reached out with an exciting project: turning our playful illustrations into a postcard for the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) outreach. Naturally, we were over the moon!

This project wasn’t just a milestone for us—it was the start of Spaceytales’ mission to bring the magic of space to people everywhere. Together with NASA, we worked on creating a postcard that was fun, educational, and full of cosmic wonder.

Here’s how it all went down:

🌟 The Idea: NASA wanted something that explained how the JWST is like an upgrade to the Hubble Telescope—just way cooler and 100 times more powerful. Our concept? A cute illustration of Earth excitedly getting a new pair of glasses as its “upgrade” to peek further into the universe’s history.

🎨 The Design: We worked closely with NASA’s team to make sure the postcard was not only accurate but also packed with that playful Spaceytales charm. Think planets, stars, and a telescope all coming to life!

🚀 The Impact: The postcard was launched into NASA’s outreach efforts, reaching classrooms, events, and space lovers all over the world. It’s even on NASA’s website—how cool is that?

This wasn’t just any project; it was our first-ever collaboration. Having NASA as our very first client? Let’s just say we were starstruck! This project showed us that Spaceytales could do more than just create cute comics—we could help make big, amazing science feel fun and accessible to everyone.
